Saddle Ring Workshop 12/22

The Saddle Ring is a wide band ring with an open back making the sizing comfortable and slightly adjustable. The design will vary based off what the student decides to incorporate, from styles of wire for the border, to the small gemstone cabochons, to the hand stamped details. The end result is a stunning statement piece you’ll be proud to wear everyday!

Hand forge a sterling silver saddle ring with 1-2 small gemstone cabochons from Studio collection in 3.5 hours. This 1 day workshop is a great start to familiarize yourself with the metalsmithing tools and techniques needed to create sterling silver jewelry. It’s also a ton of fun and can simply be a great experience! ($150 Workshop + Materials $50-200 plus tax)

Techniques: stamping, ring sizing, forming, soldering, bezel creation, filing, sanding, stone setting, and patina

Prerequisite: No Experience Needed, Beginner Friendly, Ages 8-17 must be accompanied by adult

Tools: Provided

Materials: Pick from a large collection of stones and silver to customize your ring design to your liking. Cost of materials ranges from $50-200 plus tax and will be purchased during workshop.
