The Guide to Midtown on Foot

Looking for things to do in Midtown, OKC? One of the reasons why we love Midtown is because of how accessible the district is on foot. So, lace up your walking shoes because we’re about to take a tour through the walkable wonders of Midtown!

You can use this as your map, or feel free to veer off the path if you see something you want to explore. After all, this is your own adventure!

Treat Yourself to the Spa

Start your day off right with a massage at Revel Eight Salon & Spa! Whether you’re wanting deep tissue or head-to-toe, you’ll be sure to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Massages not your thing? Revel Eight also offers haircuts, colors, and styling, as well as nail services.

Grab Some Coffee

Once you’re ready to head out of the spa, it’s time to grab a snack and some coffee! Just a 2-minute walk, kickstart your day with baked goods and a freshly brewed cup of coffee at Conley Coffee, located inside the Collective Food Hall. Grab a muffin to go or savor it on the charming patio.

Give (or Get Yourself) A Unique Gift

Ready for more shopping? Perfect! Because we’re heading to Opolis Clothing on North Hudson Avenue, another short 2-minute walk from Conley. If you’re visiting OKC for the very first time or even if you’re a long-term local, get yourself some OKC swag.

Now that you’re decked out in merch, our next stop is about a block or so away on a 3-minute, 0.1 mile walk to Plant People. The heart of Midtown is truly in the community, and this little brick-and-mortar plant store is the best place to go if you’re looking to exercise your green thumb! Take some time to look around, enjoy the plants, and  take one home with you!

Head to the Lanes

Ready for more? If you haven’t already done so, it’s time to work up an appetite for lunch, which makes exploring Dust Bowl Lanes the next best activity. Take just a 2-minute walk down N Walker to NW Tenth Street. This is where you’ll find Midtown’s very own vintage-inspired bowling alley! They also offer appetizers, burgers, and more if you work up an appetite on the lanes!

Grab A Bite

If you don’t want to grab a bite at Dust Bowl, it’s time for lunch! On our current route, there are some great restaurant options in Midtown, like Fassler Hall, located upstairs from Dust Bowl, or Tamashii Ramen House, authentic Japanese ramen just a 5-minute (0.2 mile) walk from the bowling alley!

Dinner Time

It’s time to round out the perfect day with a nice, relaxing dinner. Take your pick of Stella Modern Italian Cuisine, Barrios Fine Mexican Dishes, or Sushi Moto. Each restaurant is going to bring a different vibe to the table, but you can guarantee to satisfy your craving with any of these options. Looking for more restaurants in Midtown?
